- Solicitation Number Q3400100133 will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed price contract for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127; the size standard is 500 employees or less. The estimated project magnitude is between $50,000 and $100,000. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Chapter 19.502, the Government shall set-aside all procurements for supplies with a dollar threshold between $3,000 and $100,000 for small business concerns. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Small businesses are encouraged to offer a quote. The work of this project shall consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation for the delivery of large quantities of Victor Stanley Ironsites Series S-35 litter receptacles and components or equal. The solicitation (Q3400100133) and attachments will be available at the following websites, http://fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov, on or about May 12, 2010 with an offer due date no later than 4:30pm of May 22, 2010. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed or issued. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading the solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation.
