- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT John Padre, EMAIL john.padre@us.army.mil The US ARMY CECOM LCMC intends to acquire the following: four hundred (400) each commercial export PVS-7 GEN II+ Night Vision Goggle and four hundred (400) each commercial export Strap-On Helmet mount (equivalent to ITT Type A273270-1) to support the PVS-7 Night Vision Goggle. 400 each commercial export PVS-7 GEN II+ NVG Salient Characteristics: Image Intensifier: Generation 2+ Magnification: 1X (3X or 5X optional) Lens System: 26 mm f1.2 Field of View: 40 degrees Field of View @ 1000 yards: 2184 feet Field of View @ 1000 meters: 728 meters Range of Focus: 10 to infinity or 25 cm to infinity Detection Range: 820 feet or 250 meters Recognition Range: 656 feet or 200 meters Diopter Adjustment: +2 to -6 Weather Resistant: Waterproof 3 feet for 30 minutes Camera/Camcorder Adaptable: No IR Illuminator: Yes Battery Type/Life: AA (x2) / 40 hours Dimensions: 6 x 3 x 6 or 152mm x 76mm x 152mm Weight: 24 oz or 680 grams Operating Temperature: -60 degrees Fahrenheit to 120 degrees Fahrenheit or -51 degrees Celsius to +52 degrees Celsius Tube Data Sheet: Yes Warranty: 2 years Figure of Merit must not exceed 1250 Minimum for Tube Signal to noise Ratio = 18 Minimum Tube Resolution= 45. 400 each Commercial export Strap-On Helmet mounts to support the PVS-7 Night Vision Goggle. The Strap-On Helmet mount must be a commercial export equivalent to the ITT Type A273270-1. Other information/requirements: 1. Figure of Merit must not exceed 1250 FoM, minimum for Tube Signal to noise Ratio of 18 and minimum Resolution of 45. 2. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Tubes. 3. Please state delivery ARO. 4. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Country of origin of ALL ITEMS listed. You must disclose WHO the contractor manufactures/produces tube housings and cases. 5. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Country of origin of ALL ITEMS listed. You must disclose WHERE the contractor manufactures/produces tube housings and cases. 6. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST provide certification that Night Vision Tubes are NOT Russian made.
