Pre-bid Site Visit/Walk Through date correction for project Renovate and Upgrade HVAC for Supply Processing and Distribution (SPD) and Pharmacy Storage, Pre-Solicitation Notice Update leading to Solicitation #VA-243-10-RA-0344, Project #632-08-118. Pre-bid Site Visit/Walk Through: Attendance is not mandatory. Site Visit/Walk Through for this project will be conducted ONLY on Wednesday May 26, 2010 meeting at 10:30am at VAMC Northport, NY, Building 10, Conference Room 113, 1st Floor; will exit meeting room 113 at 11:00 am to go to project site in Bldg 200. NO Pre-bid Site Visit/Walk Through on May 11, 2010. One (1) Pre-bid Site Visit/Walk Through on Wednesday May 26, 2010 meeting at 10:30am at VAMC Northport, Bldg. 10, Rm. 113. No other Pre-bid Site Visit/Walk Through will be conducted. The purpose of the May 26, 2010 site visit is for offerors to become familiar with the existing site conditions. Solicitation is expected to be posted on or about May 17, 2010 with all information, drawings and specifications. IFB Sealed bid due date expected to be June 17, 2010 11:00 AM.
