- TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY EVER PMIS # 152464 - Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Construction-Phase Services for the "Replace Two Failed Plugs (Dams) at Cape Sable" construction project. SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009. Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports of use of funds) of the Recovery Act. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is only being offered to to contractors awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer Services for Safety of Dams Throughout the United States): Contract No. 982105D001 with URS Corp. and Contract No. 982105D002 with Gannett Fleming, Inc. The work under this task order is for Title III Architect-Engineer Services for the "Replace Two Failed Plugs (Dams) at Cape Sable" construction project. The selected firm will provide all the labor, equipment, and supplies required to satisfy the requirement for Architect-Engineer Services during the construction phase of the project for Restoration of East Cape and Homestead Canal Plugs located in Everglades National Park, Florida.
