- Sole Source Letter This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT86068AQ01. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-40 (effective 22 Apr 2010), DCN 20100430, and AFAC 2010-0402 effective Apr 02, 2010. This acquistion will be solicited asa Sole Source requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219. The business size standard is $25.0 M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J067. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7699. Requirement Description: Travis AFB intends to award a Sole Source purchase order for WIST Repair and Maintenance Service from FLIR Systems, Inc.. The requirement is as follows.... CLIN 0001: (2 each) Standard Service Repair of WIST equipment: to include: Thermovision Sentry JCU, THV Sentry II, JPC2 TASS Sand, THV 2000 MS Sand NTSC, THV 2000 MS Sand NTSC GPS, Control Rack, Power Rack, CRG Wide Eye 11, EVPU, System Cable TP WSTI, 61 M (type WSTI exk, Shipping Cases, Monitor W/Cables, Keyboard W/Cable, Power Strip and BNC To RCA Video Cable, Service/replace bad pan tilt cable, bad keyboard, bad settings in the software and network configurations. CLIN 0002: (60 hours) Standard Service and Labor Cost Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
