The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is restricted to small businesses. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. The Technical data package for this item is subject to Export Control. There is a Contractor First Article required for for this item. There is also a Production lot test required on this item.
