- STATMENT OF WORK WAGE DETERMINATION SF1449 / RFP The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of a single, firm fixed-price contract for construction. Proposal is for a contractor to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform interior renovations of office spaces at the 301Fighter Wing. Attached is the solicitation document (Form SF 1442) with attached SOW, and applicable Davis Bacon Wage Determination. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those current through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) Fac 2005-40 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20100430. This solicitation is also unrestricted, subject to FAR Part 19.10-Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction", with a size standard of$33.500,000.00. STATUS OF FUNDING. This acquisition is currently unfunded. BID SCHEDULE: Partition and renovation of Room 125, 126 and 146. DELIVERY POINT: 301 Fighter Wing Headquarters, NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas 76127-1054 PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Approx 60 days after Issuance of NTP, plus any authorized delay days. OTHER: Prior to award, registration in Central Contractors Registry (CCR) @ http://www.ccr.gov/ and Online REPS and CERTS (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ must be current.
