- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format of FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote solicitation number is M67001-10-Q-0143. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40 and DCN 20100323. This acquisition is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 532111. The FSC Code is W023. The MCI East Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune NC 28547 has a requirement for Vehicle Rentals in Virginia and is requesting the following: (Qty: 13) 15 passenger vans to be delivered to/picked-up at Building 1678 on Camp Wilcox, Ft AP Hill VA with a period of performance of 28 May 2010 thru 22 June 2010. (Qty: 5) 15 passenger vans to be delivered to/picked-up at Building 1678 on Camp Wilcox, Ft AP Hill VA with a period of performance of 11 June 2010 thru 19 June 2010. (Qty: 1) 16 Foot Box Truck to be delivered to/picked-up at Building 1678 on Camp Wilcox, Ft AP Hill VA with a period of performance of 11 June 2010 thru 19 June 2010. (Qty: 4) Super Cab 4x 4 trucks that seat at least 4 passengers and MUST HAVE 2" BALL HITCH to be delivered to/picked-up at Building 1678 on Camp Wilcox, Ft AP Hill VA with a period of performance of 28 May 2010 thru 22 June 2010. (Qty: 1) SUV that seats at least 5 passengers to be delivered to/picked-up at Building 1678 on Camp Wilcox, Ft AP Hill VA with a period of performance of 28 May 2010 thru 22 June 2010 Vendor must be located in Virginia or bordering states. This is an all or nothing procurement. The Government will be issuing an award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Quotations will be evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion, and quotes may be comparatively evaluated pursuant to FAR 13.106-2(b).
