- RECOVERY - Modification to Existing Contract EA133M-10-SE-1242 to increase the total value of the contract to cover Additional Growth Work to perform a major overhaul on the main engine on the NOAA Ship DELAWARE II during the repair availability. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR PROVIDING THE MAIN ENGINE OVERHAUL WORK UNDER CONTRACT EA133M-10-SE-1242. The contract being modified is a firm fixed price contract to perform a major overhaul on the main engine on the NOAA Ship DELAWARE II. The modification is for Additional Growth Work Items during the Drydock and Repair availability. Above described modification is to be issued on or about on May 13, 2010.
