- This contract is for the reclamation of the Bobby Turner Landslide emergency project located in Pigeonroost, Perry County, KY. The work consists of providing all equipment, labor, materials, and services, unless otherwise specified, to stabilize and reclaim the landslide at the Bobby Turner residence. The work includes the excavation and regarding of unstable slide material, construction of a gabion wall with subdrain, and the installation of surface and subsurface channels. The estimated cost range is $25,000.00 - $45,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition in 237990. The small business size standard is $33.5M. A PREBID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON 05/17/2010 @ 11:00 AM. ATTENDANCE AT THE PREBID CONFERENCE AND BID OPENING ARE MANDATORY AS ANNOUNCED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE TO MEET AT: The Wendys Restaurant located on the Hal Rogers Pkwy (Rt. 80) in Hazard, Perry County, KY. Bids will be opened on-site following the prebid conference - time shall be announced by the Contracting Officer. Electronic and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to have a DUNs number, register in the Central Contractor Registration at ccr.gov data base and complete on line representations and certifications at orca.bpn.gov.
