Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 423910 and size standard is less than 100 employees. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, Effective 1 June 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-00001. STATEMENT OF WORK The Montana Army National Guard requires a stage and band platform with associated audio-visual equipment. Stage shall consist of the following components and specifications a.Aluminum tubing display stage (1)Four legs 10 feet tall by 12 inches wide by 12 inches deep and sectioned for portability. (2)Aluminum top piece, square in overall shape and sectioned for portability. Testing and Warranty: All equipment shall be factory assembled, thoroughly tested and backed with a standard factory warranty. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Capability. Offerors will submit technical specifications of the product, to include warranty information, with the quote. If products from offerors are found to be technically equivalent, price will be the determining factor.
