- Description
- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 5930-01-459-7227. The requirement will result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order contract for which delivery orders can be placed for a period of three years. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS on 05/13/2010 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The Government does not have sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase parts from other than the current sources. The delivery for this acquisition will be on a FOB Destination basis. The final award decision will be based upon an evaluation of price, delivery, and past performance. This solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The approved manufacturer (s) is/ are DRS C3 Systems (12339) P/N: 00004A1325-1. The required delivery is 210 days and the quantity increments will cover 11 to 170 each.
