- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for the construction of four pits and to put a lift of fill on the downstream side of the embankment of one fill type reservoir. The contractor is to furnish the labor, equipment, supplies and materials (except for specified Government-furnished property) to accomplish the work. The work is to be performed near Glasgow Montana (Valley County). Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment protection is required for construction contracts above $30,000. The RFQ is tentatively scheduled to be available on or about June 2, 2010 at www.FedConnect.net. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. A Site Tour will be scheduled; date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. Response date for quotes will be on or about July 5, 2010. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small and large business concerns. Prospective contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Both self-registration sites can be found at www.bpn.gov.
