- This proposed contract will be for the purchase of a TURN KEY OPERATION AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE FILTERATION SYSTEM FOR AN OPEN FACE SANDING BOOTH at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), Chambersburg, PA. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract, with the period of performance beginning approximately in 30 July 2010. The Solicitation documents will define the technical and performance requirements, and include a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Scope, delivery and installation. All labor and materials necessary for complete installation and full start-up of the booth shall be included. The turnkey operation shall include; the installation of the booth, filter system, and any ductwork to be located in building 397 at Letterkenny Army Depot. The interior working dimensions shall be no less than 30 wide x 8 deep x 7-6 tall. The contractor shall be responsible for total system design and complete installation. All work shall be performed to significantly reduce dust created from sanding operations to include, but not limited to ECCR (Electronic Component Composite Repair). The NAICS code is 333411 and the FSC code is 4460. All respondents shall be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System, have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. The size standard is 500 Employees. The contract will be effective within 30 days of award. Further information may be obtained at the website www.bpn.gov/ccr A solicitation will be issued on or about May 28, 2010. The estimated closing date will be on or about June 28, 2010.
