- Acquisition DescriptionNOTICE OF ROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: Small Business (Set-aside) Contracting Office; Department of the Air Force, Air Force Material Command, Electronic Systems Center, HQ 754 Electronic Systems Group, 501 East Moore Drive, MAFB-Gunter Annex AL 36114-3000. Notice: To procure TIER II and III help desk support, software development, modernization and sustainment for the Logistic Module (LOGMOD) and Base Support and Expeditionary Planning Tool (BaS&E) programs. NAICS Classification Code: 541511 Intention: Award to a small business, one contract for the above-described requirements. Justification: Supplies or services required are required to be performed at the Maxwell-Gunner Annex AL during the period of 1 Jul 10 through 30 Jun 11, and if exercised three one year option and one nine months option periods. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability by responding to the Request for Proposal FA8771-10-R-0013 that is schedule for release 3-14 May 2010 on FedBizOpps. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
