- Angio Suite II Remodel at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin Renovate a total area of approximately 6100 square feet in the existing Medical Imaging Department for the creation of a new Angio suite (Angio Suite 2 Renovations). Work will include various degrees of demolition of these areas including the removal of the existing Radiographic equipment and supporting utilities. The areas defined are: oBreak room 2430 oClassroom and Toilet in existing Film Processing Room 2428A oLounge 2428 temporary setup of lockers and removal when construction is complete oAngio 2 Treatment Room in existing Treatment Room 1 (2438). The Angio Room shall have TB isolation controls. oAngio 1 room 2459 door, electrical, and med gas modifications oViewing and Soiled Utility in existing Treatment Room 4 (2440) oRF Treatment Room in existing Treatment Room 6 (2446) oAngio 2 Control Room 2453 and Storage Room in existing Viewing Room 2436 oLocker room 2432 and Dressing room 2432A oShared Prep and Holding Room in existing Prep/Scrub/Storage Rooms 2434 and 2434A oRF Toilet in existing Room 2446A oDressing Room in existing Room 2442A oSub waiting room 2442 oSoiled Utility room 2451 temporary conversion to Prep room oPortable X-ray Storage room 2449 oShared Equipment Room in existing Digital Archive Room 2465 oStorage room 2469 oWheelchair storage 2412 partition demolition, new flooring and ceilings oStorage 2435 conversion into new MER for HVAC unit oRooftop over 2nd floor new stand-alone HVAC unit oMER 4 and Electrical closet room 2450AEC and 2454EC modifications for new HVAC redundant units oElectrical, fire protection, plumbing, security, audio/visual, medical gas, and DDC controls system modifications oImmediately adjacent spaces (2418 and 2431) and surrounding corridors C2B13, C2B13A, C2B14, C2B15, C2B16 and C0279Z. Cost Range $1,000,000-$5,000,000. NAICS Code 236200 applies with a size standard of 33.5 million. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or about June 01, 2010 THIS REQUIREMENT IS A 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE IAW 38 U.S.C. § 8127 (PUBLIC LAW 109-461)
