- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to replace and reinstall the deicing system pumps at Dickinson Dam. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose total offer represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Prices must include all costs for labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace and reinstall the pumps. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued per FAR Part 12 and Part 13. The RFQ will be available for viewing at www.fbo.gov on or after May 20, 2010. An RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce and to view applicable clauses and the technical work statement. RFQ No. 10PS620010 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice. Vendors may also check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation will be available upon request. Quotes are tentatively due before close of business (COB) June 4, 2010. Quotes may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Elaine Felchle, Bureau of Reclamation, P.O. Box 1017, Bismarck, ND 58502, or for expedited delivery, 304 East Broadway Avenue, Bismarck, ND 58501. Questions and/or quotes may be faxed to (701) 250-4326 or e-mailed to efelchle@usbr.gov. The RFQ will be issued as a small business set-aside under North Ameridan Industry Classification System code 423830. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Butreau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000. In order to be eligible to receive an award, the vendor must be registered at Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov). You will need your Dun and Bradstreet number and banking information to register. Representations and certifications must be completed on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation if it is in the best interest of the Government.
