- TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY FIIS PMIS # 055987 Patchogue Ferry Terminal,, Fire Island National Seashore, Patchogue, NY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is only available to Classic Site Solutions, Inc. under their prime contract 1443C2011080432 to construct the Patchogue Ferry Terminal. The government intends to negotiate and award Modification 0015 to Classic Site Solutions, Inc. to install a sprinkler system in the attic spaces of the building. This notice is provides as a requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). In accordance with this Act and the clauses in the contract, receipt of award is contingent upon the recipients meeting the tequirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) under this Act.
