- Wage Determination - NY17 dvb Syracuse Solicitation Document Security Letter Wage Determination - NY11 dvb Rochester Wage Determination - NY 2 dvb Albany Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Interested parties are notified that the inclusion of unique provisions required in implementing the act, including those for significant reporting and transparency will be required of the successful vendor. Note: Please refer to presolicitation number 2 PSEU-10-0003 for this project. The General Services Administration has a requirement to upgrade HVAC systems at the Hanley FB in Syracuse, the Keating FB in Rochester and the O'Brien FB in Albany, NY This procurement is required under solicitation : GS-02P-10PW-C-0021 and is a 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered by the agency. The required construction completion date is approximately 180 days commencing one day after notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR 14.408-1, award will be made as a firm fixed price sealed bid construction contract to a responsible bidder whose bid, conforms to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $500.000 and $1,000,000. The appropriate NAICS Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioner Contractors with a size standard of $14.0 million dollars. Performance and payment bonds will be required following award pursuant to the Miller Act. A bid guarantee is also required. Notification for a site visit to each facility will be posted on a coming amendment. A document security form is attached; this form must be filled out and returned to Charles Ferro via E-mail at charles.ferro@gsa.gov or faxed to 315-448-0968 to receive drawings.
