- This solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This requirement is for janitorial services needed for the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center's Sterilization, Processing and Decontamination (SPD) Section. Contractors shall have one to three years experience cleaning sterile areas in a hospital. Contract will be for a total of three years (base year plus two option years). This is a 100% Small Business set aside. The NAICS Code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million dollars. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) before submitting a proposal. All proposals are due by Monday, June 14, 2010 at 1:00 P.M.
