- This is a combined synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-10-T-0092 will be issued upon determination. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9D. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 532111 and the business size standard is NTE 5.5 million. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM NO 0001 Lease of Sedans (Base Lease Period), ITEM NO 0002 Interior Cleaning and Body Coating Services (Base Lease Period), ITEM NO 1001 Lease of Sedans (Option One Lease Period), ITEM NO 1002 Interior Cleaning and Body Coating Services (Option One Lease Period), ITEM NO 2001 Le! ase of Sedans (Option Two Lease Period), ITEM NO 2002 Interior Cleaning and Body Coating Services (Option Two Lease Period). The Contractor shall provide vehicle lease services for eight (8) mid size hybrid sedans to be used on Okinawa and one (1) mid size hybrid sedan to be used on Camp Fuji Shizuoka, Japan without purchase options at the end of the period. The Contractor shall also provide the vehicle interior cleaning and body coating services on each leased vehicle on a semi-annual basis (once every six (6) months). The automobile furnished under vehicle specifications shall be the manufacturer's current production in Japan. The vehicles shall be completed with all the necessary operating components and accessories customarily furnished to the general public. THE BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SPECIFIED UNDER "ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONSS TO OFFEROR" IN THIS SOLILICIATION TO BE CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web site http://www.neco.navy.mil and or http://www1.fbo.gov under solicitation M67400-10-T-0092. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Upon the submission of the solicitation, it is required to attach the check list provided on the synopsis.
