THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE GENERAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS (MACC) N40085-07-D-1907, N40085-07-D-1908, N40085-07-D-1909, N40085-07-D-1910, N40085-07-D-1911, N40085-07-D-1912. The Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, Cherry Point, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under the General MACC. The anticipated scope of work may include but is not limited to the replacement of the existing Metal Halide (MH) and High Pressure Sodium (HPS) Street lights and area lighting fixtures with new LED fixtures. The new fixtures will be installed on the existing poles using existing arms where applicable and existing wiring. Demoed 'cobra head' style fixtures shall be turned over to the Government.
