Description

*****INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY******* The General Service Administration (GSA) and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Division intnds to award one task order for contractor support under the Escort Services for the Lyndon B. Johnson building. The LBJ building has been selected to undergo re-commissioning under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) by the General Services Administration (GSA). GSA is seeking assistance to assist the architect/engineer (A/E) in performing testing of LBJ building. This is a labor hour type order against the awardees Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). Government reserves the right to reduce staffing levels in accordance with need. Scheduling, control, and supervision of the Contractor's employees are the Contractor's sole responsibility. The Government and the Contractor understand and agree that the services delivered under this SOW are non-personal services, and the parties recognize and agree that no employer-employee relationship exists or shall exist under the Contract between the Government and the Contractor's employees.
