- Attachment #2- Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment #1- Monthly Activity, Mission and Task Report Solicitation W91GDW-10-R-0011 for Strategic Communications Management Services The Joint Contracting Command-Iraq, Regional Contracting Center-Central, Logistics Support Branch intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for Strategic Communications Management Services. The NAICS code is 541611 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. No preference will be given to Small Businesses. The action will be full and open competition. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is a base period of 8 months from 23 July 2010 and one 9 month option period. This commercial Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)Solicitation is for Strategic Communications Management Services (SCMS) that advance USF-I’s effort in achieving its goals and objectives throughout USF-I AOR. The contractor shall identify, plan, develop, execute, monitor, and assess all aspects of media communication operations services. The services provided by the contractor has a core objective to engage and inspire targeted audiences. Working closely with US Government (USG) personnel to coordinate tasking and priorities, the contractor shall be responsible for undertaking multiple projects and providing comprehensive services over a wide span of strategic communication, media planning, engagement, and research efforts. SCMS requires management oversight; program coordination and integration; briefings and presentations; security clearance; and information validity and security. Strategic communications ensures media reliability and communications program success by identifying and engaging target audiences at specific times to create operational opportunities. The proposed solicitation number is W91GDW-10-R-0011. The entire solicitation will be made available on/or about 15 May 2010, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at www.fbo.gov, via a Non-FBO Secure Document Link.
