- 1. OMDAC-SWACA Pre-Solicitation Conference Updates a. All pre-solicitation briefings have been determined unclassified. Therefore vendors will be allowed to bring writing instruments and paper in the auditorium. b. Due to security concerns, personnel attending the conference must still be cleared through JPAS. Secret level security clearances are still required for attendance at the conference. Attendance shall be limited to no more than five (5) representatives per firm. Proof of identification for each individual will be required for access into the conference. Companies planning to have representatives attend the pre-solicitation conference will be required to fill out the Pre-Registration form provided as an attachment to this notice. The form shall include their name, company name, cage code, date of birth, and security clearance level. The attendees shall return the completed Pre-Registration form via e-mail to the contracting office point of contact, Mr. Andrew DeLozier, andrew.delozier@us.army.mil no later than 5:00 pm (Arizona/MST) on 21 May 2010. Additionally, all attendees will be required to have their company Facility Security Officer (FSO) complete a visitor request submission through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) at http://www.dss.mil/diss/jpas/jpas.html. Refer to previous Special Notice for JPAS submittal instruction. c. Attendees are advised that the following items are NOT allowed in the auditorium: Cell phones, Pagers, Recording Devices, Photographic Devices, Laptops, PDA Devices and other electronic devices. d. A list of all conference attendees will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS. 2. Pre-Solicitation Conference Agenda a. A copy of the Preliminary Agenda is attached. 3. Draft Request For Proposal (DRFP) a. A copy of the DRFP, Exhibits and Attachments are attached. The DRFP is only available on the FEDBIZOPPS website. Please do not call to request copies of the DRFP. It is anticipated that any comments or questions on the DRFP will be required to be submitted via e-mail to jessica.williams11@us.army.mil not later than 2:00pm Arizona/MST on 4 June 2010. 4. Solicitation Updates a. The Government requests that industry utilize the FEDBIZOPPS website as their source for obtaining updates regarding this acquisition.
