Description
Amended Past Performance Questionnaire Amended Solicitation Body Amended SF 33 Amended RFP Cover Letter Amendment 1 - SF 30 This is an 8(a) competitive set-aside. The NAICS code is 541512. The size standard is 25M. The U. S. Food and Drug and Administration (FDA) have a need to solicit Information Technology and Program Management Support Services (ITSS) to support the Government throughout all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This support includes strategic planning, concept development and project initiation, configuration design and functional area analysis, program and systems analysis and modeling, quality assurance, service oriented architecture, and privacy implementation. The contractor shall provide knowledge transfer in concept development, project initiation, planning, preparing and overseeing project schedules, maintaining spreadsheets to track cost expenditures; Interacting with various points-of-contact for specific assignments regarding progress, issues and concerns; Preparing reports and briefings to FDA management in support of project goals; Developing and reviewing requirements and monitoring their implementation in FDA applications, to ensure that business needs are met; Providing business and technical expertise to assist in planning and managing FDA projects; Providing technical writing capabilities in support of technical and management project decision-making, and monitoring program status and relating any trends as they become known. This is a commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12 and 15. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or around May 11, 2009. Solicitation no. is FDA-SOL-09-223-00016. This is a labor hour contract. The period of performance is from the effective date of award through 12 months plus four option periods. All questions will be address and posted to the Federal Business Opportunity once the solicitation is posted.
