- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on a Sole Source basis a requirement to acquire MapXtreme licensed products. The Government intends to procure MapXtreme bundle consisting of MapXtreme 7, MapXtreme 7 SDK, MapMarker USA. The MapXtreme program is required to allow for the analysis and experiment with various recruiter placement scenarios to achieve specific mission requirements with respect to demographic data like education, quality, and diversity. The MapXtreme provides intelligence on the recruiter's area of responsibility including geographic location of all ASVAB takers, all Navy leads, all military service accessions, high school information, and Veteran population. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Pitney Bowes Software Inc. on a sole source basis for this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by the specified response date. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. The NAICS code is 511210.
