- SOW for AFRICOM part 2 of 2 SOW For AFRICOM part 1 of 2 Announcement template This is a synopsis for non commerical items. This requirement is for two areas: 1. Manned aircraft for ISR and all logisctical support in AFRICOM AOR. 2. Unmanned aircraft for ISR and all logistical support in AFRCOM AOR and associated analysis. POP is 8/23/2010 for one year and four options for 12 month period. the Unmanned aircraft requirement will not be started on 8/23/2010 but will be added at the first option period.
