- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business OpportuI\ities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil). While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure the following items on a sole source basis from Systran Corporation, dba CWC Electronics Systems, 2600 Paramount Place, Fairborn, OH 45324: CLIN OOOl--Six (6) each PN H-AS-DPClG02M-20 PCI SCRAMNeH SC150e Network Interface. 3.3v and 5v signaling, embedded 2-Mbyte memory and Standard Fiber Optic media; CLIN 0002 -One (1) each PN CKDM-LIPCPC2S-RA Software Kit, PC SCRAMNeH Driver and Hardware Confidence Test Software Documentation and Media Kit for Pentium PC, PCI, Red Hat Linux 7.1, 7.2,7.3,8.0,9.0 and S.U.S.E. Linux 7.1, 7.3, 9.1 and Fedora Core 4 (CD ROM); CLIN 0003 --One (1) each PN DLIC-LIPCPC2S Software License SCRAMNeH Software License for Pentium PC, PCI, Red Hat Linux 7.1,7.2,7.3,8.0,9.0 and S.U.S.E Linux 7.1,7.3,9.1 and Fedora Core 4; CLIN 0004 -One (1) each Shippingand HandlinglFreight Cost; CLIN 0005 -One (1) each PN H-AS-DPCIG02M-20 PCI SCRAMNet+ SC150e Network Interface. 3.3v and 5v signaling, embedded 2-Mbyte memory and Standard Fiber Optic media; CLIN 0006 -One (1) each Shipping and Handling/Freight Cost..The Land Attack Systems Integration Laboratory (LASIL) which supports testing of the Tomahawk Weapons Control Systems is going to add another full Ship/Submarine Environment and Missile Simulation (SEMS) system. The SCRAMNet boards developed and manufactured by Systran will be used to interface with existing PCs for inter-process communications. The Request For Quote (RFQ) Number is NOO 178-1O-Q-3808. The required delivery is 6 weeks after receipt of order. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13 as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The NAICS Code is 334111 and the FSC Code is 7025. The items will ship to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5114. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED UNDER THIS NOTICE. The closing date is 21 May 2010, 12 Noon local time. Anticipated award date is 24 May 20IO.
