- The Fort Knox Mission and Installation Contracting Center Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Arkansas National Guard Moral, and Recreation Fund, Inc., to provide meals for approximately 500 JROTC cadets and cadre attending training at Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, AR. The period of performance is 4-12 June 2010. This requirement is for the U.S. Army Cadet Command at Fort Monroe, VA. Arkansas National Guard Moral and Recreational Fund Inc. is the only contractor authorized to operate the food service facilities at Camp Robinson. No other contractor has access to the dining facilities and meals must be provided and consumed at the training center dining facility.
