- This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about May 24, 2010. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: 100% Set-aside for HUB-Zone under the authority of FAR 19.1305, HUB Zone setaside procedures. Hole in the Wall Information Center Roof, Mojave National Preserve, Essex, California, Soliciation Number Q8380100089. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise to perform all operations required for successful completion of the project named above. Work consists of removing existing single-ply membrane roof and parapet walls and installing new roof membrane and parapet walls. The NAICS code for this project is 238160 and the small business size standard is $14 million. Contract duration is 30 days following the notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,00 and $50,000. This procurement is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simpllified Acquisition Procedures. A site visit is scheduled for all interested parties on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 1pm local time. Meeting address is 2 Black Canyon Road, Essex, California.
