Description: This is a indefinite delivery-indefinite quanitity (IDIQ) type contract requires one call out US flag vessel to provide the following services in the San Diego, California: (i) Services for naval units engaged in towing exercises in support of unit level training; the contracted vessel will be towed by the Naval Unit (ii) Simulated harassment vessel exercises; Contracted vessel conducts harassing communications toward naval unit using provided scenario (iii) Suspect vessel for interdiction in support of Visit, Board, Search and Seizure training.
