Description
Medical Equipment, to be used in the planning of Radiation Treatment of the clinic's patients. (a) Survey and document the Ximatron unit's operation/functionality before removal; (b) Disconnection of all electricity and mechanicals from the Ximatron unit is to be provided separately in the Construction Management Room Renovation;(c) Disassembly and standard rig-out of the Ximatron unit, no cranes or stairs. The contractor will "not" be responsible for floor surfaces or special construction needed to rig in or rig out of the units. The transportation and disposal of the removed unit is the responsiblity of the Customer. The Re-location to occur during normal business hours; (d) The new base frame will be rigged into place, positioned and leveled to specs. prior to grouting; (e) The grouting of the base frame is to be provided for separately in the Construction Plan; (f) Unit to be standard rig-in, no cranes or stairs; (g) Re-assembly of the unit on the new base frame;(h) New unit interconnect cable to be provided, pulled and connected to existing previously functional computer components; (i) Provision provided for allitionof one computer, is necesary. Customter needs to provide network server(s), connections and infrastructure for IS/Aria Integration; (j) Connection of all electrical and mechanical services is provided for separately in the Construction Plan; (k) Sofware license transer and registration fees; (l) Re-positioning and alignment of existing lasers will be performed. Mounting plaes and wiring for existing lasers provided for separately inthe Construction Plan; (m) Perform survey of associated components to insure functionality. Any parts that need to be replaced to establish proper funtionality are "not" included, and the cost of those parts, if any, is the responsiblity of the Customer separately; (Once the unit functionallity is verified, the contractor will test the unit's performane to ensure it matches the testing parameters; and (n) Two (2) days of on-site applications training.
