Description
RFP 10-233-SOL-00189 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and awards as prescribed in FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 10-233-SOL-00189. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is solicited under full and open competition. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. The corresponding NAICS code is 541519. The following provisions and clauses apply to this synopsis/solicitation: The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (JUN 2008), applies to this acquisition.
