- Solicitation SP4703-10-Q-0040 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information attached to this notice. The solicitation number SP4703-10-Q-0040 is issued as a request for quotation and attached to this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This procurement is unrestricted. A Limited Source Justification and Approval is posted separately. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541618. The small business size standard is $7 Million. Department of Labor Service Wage Determination No: 2005-2545, Rev. 12 (dtd 01/07/2010), Area: Virginia is applicable to this RFQ. The requirement is for The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) to have executive leadership/communication training for various levels of management. The contractor shall be responsible for designing and tailoring training to the participants. See attached PWS for specifics. The Grand Total price for all the CLINS will be used as the only basis for award. No partial quotes will be accepted. The Schedule B consists of the following CLINS: CLIN 01 – Service for training CLIN 02 – Travel CLINs 03 – 06 - Materials The contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to www.ccr.gov to register prior to submitting your proposal. See attached RFQ for clauses and provisions.
