- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on an other than full and open competition basis a requirement to acquire a controlled temperature and humidity environment to house the Master Clock ensemble and measurement system for the United States Naval Observatory, Washington, DC. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by the specified response date. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. The NAICS code is 334516.
