- Wage Rates for DOFE Project L182 Proposal Bid Form for DOFE Project L182 Specs for DOFE Project L182 Plans for DOFE Project L182.zip file MATOC PROJECT FOR KSARNG/KSANG MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY. UNRESTRICTED FOR MATOC ONLY. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 1:30 p.m, A-Team, Bldg 741A, Ft. Riley, KS. Proposals are due NLT 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 17, 2010. E-mail to linda.j.criss@us.army.mil or fax to (785) 274-1642. 1. Provide a 7.5 ton crane and crane structure in the west bays of BuildiNG 741A,Fort Riley, KS. Base Bid: Provide the scheduled crane system by Crane America. Alternate #1 Bid: Provide a crane system by an equivalent manufacturer. All equivalent manufactures shall be submitted upon and approved via addendum no less than 10 days prior t o bid. 2. Provide a new 4 ton hoist with beam and trolley on the existing crane system in the center bays of the building. Crane America shall be the sole manufacturer as the existing crane system was manufactured by Crane America. Provide spacing between trolleys as required in the structural specifications. 3. Cut the existing floor slab and excavate as required to install structural foundations for the crane structure. 4. Provide an electrical connection to the crane system with a fused disconnect switch mounted to the new crane structure. 5. Relocate (2) unit heaters and all associated utilities as required to allow for full crane operation. 6. Replace existing bollards around existing switchgear to provide enhanced protection of the switchgear.
