- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z2420070A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-40 22 Apr 10, Defense DCN 20100507, and AFAC 2010-0402 20100402. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 313222. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is S209. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2397. THIS IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for Embroidery Services for 6 seat bottoms, 6 seat back covers, and 6 bunk covers in accordance with the attached statement of work and pictures. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
