Description
This solicitation SPM4A7-10-Q-8481 replaces SPM4A7-10-R-0738. PR No: 0025102804; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Igniter, Spark, Gas Turbine utilized on the T700-GE-700 Turbine Engine. This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract. Configuration, source, and export control apply. NSN: 2925-01-150-7160 OEM: General Electric Company CAGE 99207 P/N 5044T67P13 Approved Sources: Champion Aerospace LLC CAGE 0AFL4 P/N CH34419 Unison Industries, LLC CAGE 59501 P/N 9044295-1 2883 ea Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 230 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Surge requirements do not apply to this NSN. Other than full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about May 24, 2010. The anticipated award date is July 26, 2010.
