The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for a fully functional well. Slope all surrounding soil to provide positive drainage away from the well. The Contractor shall stabilize a short bank segment, approximately 70’, of the West Fork of Rock Creek at Basin Campground to reduce bank erosion.
