- It is the purpose of this solicitation to secure services to furnish and apply Magnesium Chloride dust abatement to the 22-foot wide Greys River Road beginning at the end of the pavement approximately ½ mile southeast of Alpine, Wyoming and continuing for 13 continuous miles. This project also includes furnishing and applying Magnesium Chloride dust abatement to approximately 2 miles of the 22-foot wide Smiths Fork Road. The first half mile off the pavement of US Hwy 89 and approximately 1.5-mile of steep grade beginning near milepost 5 will be treated. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, material, and labor necessary to deliver and spread the dust abatement products on the roads. The estimated start date for this project is July 19, 2010. The solicitation will be available on approximately June 4, 2010, and can be downloaded from this site at that time.
