Description

RECOVERY - Upgrade and Repair Exterior Surfaces, Windows and Doors of NHL, Building E, Lower Fort Mason - SAFR #59515 - TAS: 14-1035 - NAICS: 541310 - This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act. This opportunity was made available to the two Contractors awarded A/E design services IDIQ contracts competitively under Solicitation Number N8078070176 (Contract Numbers: C807808A176- Wiss Janney Elstner Associates and C8078080276 - Drisko Studios Architects). The A/E design firm shall complete Title I engineering report for the upgrade and repair of exterior surfaces and windows and doors, Building E, Lower Fort Mason, San Francisco Maritime NHP, California. The engineering report shall be used as a basis to prepare construction drawings for a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be issued to solicit a construction contract for repair of the exterior envelope of Building E.
