THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR FIXED PRICE HIGHWAY TRANSPORTATION SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED AS PER THE ENCLOSED STATEMENT OF WORK. FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES, LINE 6 (FUEL) ON FORM 7468A MUST INCLUDE THE NUMBER OF GALLONS ONLY; THE COST PER GALLON AND TOTAL COST SHOULD BE SET AT ($0.00). (SEE THE FUEL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM DOCUMENT).
