- MATOC Proposal Form for Repair/Resurface Running Track Specifications, Forbes Field, Topeka, KS. Wage Rate for Project FFMATOC-10-F-0001, Repair/Resurface Running Track Specifications MATOC Project SOW w/Special Provisions MATOC Project for KSARNG/KSANG: Repair/Resurface Running Track Specifications, 190th CE, Forbes Field, Topeka, KS. Pre-Bid will be held Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., CE Conference Room, FF, Topeka, KS. Proposals are due Thursday, June 10, 2010 NLT 2:00 p.m., CST, e-mail to linda.j.criss@us.army.mil or fax to (785) 274-1642. Work to commence 1 July 2010. Performance Period: 120 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Work Description: Design/Build - patch damaged and/or sloughing asphalt as needed, install curb, install latex track surface, and repaint track centerline, Forbe Field, Topeka, KS. All work constructed under this contract shall be in accordance with the Special Provision for Asphalt Pavement and the City of Topeka Standard Technical Specifications 2010 Edition.
