- This is a notice that the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command(SPAWARHQ), in conjunction with PEO C4I PMW/A 170, intends to issue aRequest for Proposal (RFP) for the repair of AN/WSC-6(V)5/7 Super HighFrequency (SHF) Antennas. The Government anticipates the award an indefinite delivery /indefinitequantity(ID/IQ) contract on a full and open competition basis. The anticipated contractwill have a five (5) year ordering period with an estimate of five (5) repairsperyear. The repairs will be firm-fixed priced and delivered 10-months after receipt oforder. Cost plus fixed fee engineering services and cost only line items will beincluded for potential out of scope efforts and incidental material,respectively. A DRAFT Statement of Work has been added as an attachment to the https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil website. Offers will be evaluated based onofferor's ability to meet the statement of work, past performance, and price.While price is a significant factor, award will be made based on technicallyacceptable, responsive, responsible bids.
