- VAMC Beckley, WV is seeking the services of a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who has proven experience in Parking Garage Design Build Projects to complete Design Build Parking Garage at the VA Medical Center, Beckley, WV. Work will include but not limited to general, structural, mechanical and electrical trades. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and supervision for this project. All work shall be completed in accordance with all Federal, State and OSHA regulations. This procurement is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $14.0 M. This will be an Request for Proposal, award will be to the most advantageous to the government after full technical evaluation and cost review. All work shall be completed within 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection and clean up. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The design build documents will be uploaded on/about June 7, 2010; the proposal due date will be on/about July 20, 2010. All documents including drawings and solicitation document shall be downloaded from www.fedbizopps.gov, no phone calls please. Pre-proposal conference will be held on June 23, 2010 at 1:00 PM no other visitation opportunities will be available. All questions shall be submitted in writing no later than June 29, 2010 in writing, no phone calls please. Questions will be answered via amendment in writing and publically announced.
