- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Forensic Computers, Inc for the purchase of two Forensic Computers, Model: Forensic Analysis Lab Equipment, Part Number FAW-RM. Only the Forensic Computers will meet the design and configuration of the requirements and this is only available through a single source. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Forensic Computers, Inc under authority 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. Closing date is May 25, 2010 at 12:00 noon EST.
