- Contractor to provide all necessary resources to upgrade parking lots lighting system at the Department of Veterans Affairs Benefits Administration Regional Office, 345 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, Alabama, 36109. Lighting shall be in compliance with the specifications stated in in the soliciation. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFP will be set aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). NAICS Code is 238210 with the size standard of $14.0 million. The solicitation will be available on or around May 21, 2010, and a due date of May 28, 2010 NLT 12:00 PM. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
