- THIS CONTRACT MAY SUPPORT PROJECTS FUNDED BY THE RECOVERY ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). This notice is provided for informational purposes ONLY. The General Service Administration (GSA) awarded a contract 05-19-2010 to Project Developers, Inc. to provide General Construction repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased space in various buildings within the geographic boundaries established in this contract (DC, VA and MD). The period of performance for this contract is May 21, 2010 to August 20, 2010.
