- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-10-R-0860 will issue June 11, 2010 with a closing date of July 12, 2010, PR is IQC10137009038, Stock Number, 6340-01-052-0871, Sensing Element, Fire Detector System. Solicitation is Unrestricted. NSN is Commercial and is Critical Item Application. Configuration Control, Higher Level Contract Quality, Measuring and Test Equipment (M/TE) applies. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. Approved source of supply is Kidde Technologies Inc, Cage Code: 73168, Part Number: 35597-2-575. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus two (2) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year 60 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity for the base year and each option year is 15 each. The Guaranteed Maximum quantity for the base year and each option year is 60 each. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 120 each. FOB is Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 112 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
